The Project is constructed on a site of total 90.000 sqm.
Demolition Works of 7 ea. Soldier dormitories and construction
works of 5 ea. New Soldier Dormitories, 1 ea. Cafeteria Building,
1 ea. Transformer Building, 1 ea. Heating Plant, 1 ea. 500 m3
capacity Water Tank, 1 ea. Wastewater Lifting Plant and heat
ducts are performed within the scope of turn-key Project
together with all infrastructure and landscaping works. Total
construction area of the Project is 30.000 sqm and will have
been completed within 12 months. |
